REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment to You At Oak & Ember Coffee, we're passionate about delivering an exceptional coffee and tea experience. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
1. Returns & Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened coffee beans, ground coffee, or loose-leaf tea
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the item for verification. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — your satisfaction is our priority.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
6. Exchanges We're happy to exchange unopened products for a different roast, blend, or size. Contact us with your order number and preferred exchange item and we'll take care of the rest.
7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider first — processing times vary
